Props
Now that more titles support the text bar, it's become increasingly distracting to see the page text appear for a moment before it's pushed down the page by the page images.

We don't know exactly how tall the page images will be before they're loaded (different for each title, and even within some issues there may be fold-outs which have a different aspect ratio). This means we can't give accurate hints to the browser on how it should lay out the page.

I've added a "prop" div of fixed height (500px). This is enough to push the text bar away from the natural focus of the page, but short enough that its effect should be overriden by the page images once they arrive. I've also amended the javascript to hide this prop as soon as the page is loaded anyway for those who have javascript enabled.
