Next step is to tie this into our own authentication mechanism so that we can map attributes from Shibboleth into a member id and actually log you into the site.

Current plan is to implement this for local testing, then integrate a public IdP with our live site for tests in the field. After that, we'll need to arrange a Discovery Service so users can pick their own IdP.
