Just to document what we discussed, please shout if I've missed anything.

The atlas element currently features a couple of display attributes:

nav="true" - enables navigation arrows
labels="true" - enables lon/lat figures around edge of map

We're adding more objects to the display - a frame, a selection of map sizes and a link to the key if available. Rather than adding attributes to govern each of these, we're doing away with the two above and just going with:

ui="true" - enables navigation arrows, lon/lat labels, map size controls, frame and link to the key
key="1234" - local entry id of key entry. Skip to omit link.
