Test book imported and processed. The key resolver seems to be working fine and the UI attribute is doing what we want.

IDisplayPreferences handling has been improved and is now much neater.

I've applied the sql update to our office and live servers so Amit can put up an up-to-date import jar.

I think we're just about done. Performance tweaks and integration of pretty HTML tomorrow.
