Started to add the atlas preferences system (large map, small map). To avoid an ever-growing list of parameters on the retrieve API, there's now a new IDisplayPreferences interface which will collect all these things together. The client will obtain an IDisplayPreferences object through a factory (which also offers a default implementation) and pass it with each retrieve request. We want the fields of this object to be relatively long-lived so that a users session can cache a single idp object and pass it with each call.

Added support from the API through to the ContentDAO - now to integrate it with the parser.
