Started a test import of mos teeth on my local appserver, going to db_dev. I've added more output to the parse exception handler so we can find out where the error's coming up.

Very keen to apply the atlas sql changes across the board so that I can put up a new import jar. Until all databases are the same shape, we have to stick with what we're running.
