Rough final atlas page is working. We display a link to the key (if supplied), text links for map size options (large and small) and a frame around the whole thing. You only see these if you specify ui="true" on the atlas element. We may wish to condense some of the other options (labels, nav) into the ui attribute as well.

Page design is ready for James to spiff it up. I need to work on the key resolver, which will insert a gkey attribute when it sees a key attribute, mapping local entry ids to globals in the same way as our internal linker.
