Right then: DisplayPreferences are now implemented across the system. This will require a little modification to everything which calls retrieve or retrieveByVolCategory for the next jar update.

The atlas rendering system now inserts buttons for map size above each map - this needs some design work, both in how it works and how it looks. Do we want the choice on each map? Do we want a preferences page for this and other display options? Discussion to come. For the moment, the entry page looks for form submission and updates its session's IDisplayPreferences object appropriately before regenerating the page.
