In summary:

After conversation with Carl, we've agreed that

1 map size controls to come from RML renderer
2 their effects to be handled by entry.jsp
3 new parameter on atlas element to request map display controls
4 new parameter on atlas element to link to map-key entry

I'm off next week (moving house) so there are a number of things to fit into this afternoon:

1. Mos Teeth
2. Glue atlas tiles together
3. Add code to new login page
4. Read outstanding material and clear desk
5. Try jboss 3.2.3
6. Bring atlas code up-to-date and check in
