Looked into IP autoloin issues discovered by Claire. If a client has an existing session (but has not logged in) when we add IPs for them, they remain logged out until their session is invalidated/expired. Will delay work on the login logic until we have the new login page later this month. Then sort out the unholy mess which is login.inc.
