The import and atlas processing for the full test book is complete. Seems to be working fine on first inspection, more in-depth testing to come.

Modified the rendering code so that it will work around missing "at" attributes. This allows us to show atlases on the preview site (without the interactive element) even though they've not yet been through the location linking process. Deployed to preview site.
