Hooked together the atlas location processing, from a test script to the VolImport manager, to the parser and the entry bean.

All seems to be working OK. There's a new home method on the entry bean which clears the link table for all entries from a specified volume, then we iterate through the entries and insert rows into the atlas_location_to_entry table. We also modify the entry rml to add a new "at" attribute to the atlas element, tracking the appropriate atlas tile id.
