Added a reverse mapper to the TargetIndicator, which can go from a tile id and coordinate to a LonLat.

Modified the atlas test page so that tiles are presented on a form. Added code to harvest tile id and coordinates from a form submission, reverse map them using the TargetIndicator and re-centre the map on the new coordinates.
