Tweaked atlas code so that it can use a different database from that which the direct qt picks up. Atlas demo is now live on xplus.

Extended drop-down so it features 2 percent of the gazetteer info, drawn from round the world and sorted by country and place name.

Looks good!

Next bits: see if we can tighten up the projection maths any further, join panel-boundary tiles up and start work on an rml test file. Might all have to wait until next Tuesday.
