RubberStamp 2.0
Profiled, tidied up some of the layout handling related to rotated text and created the installer.
Rubberstamp 2.0 is live!
Next things to fix:
- Handle Type 0 fonts
- Handle Form XObjects
A quick diversion first to handle territorial restrictions (not all books will be available everywhere).
